Going to Santaland

One of the most expected events during the Christmas Holiday is the famous visit to Santaland to see and talk to Santa Clause. This year, the emotions have been higher, the "list" bigger... Located in the heart of Manhattan, on the 8th floor of Macy's on 34th Street, Santaland kept its tradition for one of the best places for kids on Christmas Holiday. Coming home, we bought the Tree and had it decorated in a wonderful Saturday evening. Definitely, Christmas is here... A Holiday History!

The famous Christmas Tree in New York City at Rockefeller Center, the ultimate sign of the season: 88 foot Norway spruce from western Connecticut, set aglow with 30,000 colored lights...

We have been there in a short visit Saturday evening; spending 30 minutes in some few degrees below zero was worth it... Christmas spirit... Spectacular.

The 2006/2007 Christmas Tree is now decorated! We spent a wonderful evening decorating the "giant" 8'-long Christmas Tree: 500 lights, more than 200 decorations and artifacts...

Saturday Night at Big Apple Circus

The magic of an extraordinary show: The Big Apple Circus... Matthew was really "living" the show. It was a nice Saturday evening in Manhattan, with everything as in the books: acrobats, pop-corn and cotton candy, jugglers and clowns, cats and dogs...
A show to remember...

Thanksgiving Day

Not very much to say about this day... Everything was so perfect and of course ... delicious ...The attraction of the day: The Turkey...
Other than that we learned about the "secrets" of a deluxe menu.

Christmas Lights at the Bronx Zoo

What a night! We have been invited to preview the Holiday show that every year the Bronx Zoo is putting for Christmas.

Spectacular lights in the darken paths and quiet trees, kids everywhere, threats for everybody and for sure the reindeers!

The most wonderful time of the year ... is coming!

Halloween Night!

Trick or treat!

We had a wonderful time in our neighborhood at "trick or treat"... We had cool costumes: Super Ninja Red Master (Maxim) and Mystic Green Power Ranger (Matthew). After 2 hours we had almost 4 pounds of candies and a ton of fun...
